Multi-disciplined experience and knowledge is paramount in providing useful expertise to our clients. Altitude advises REITS, funds, and high net worth families in their real estate operations and decision making. The Altitude team is often brought aboard to assist or lead acquisition or recapitalization efforts, to help generate and execute asset management plans, to facilitate inter-partnership transactions (and partnership dissolution/restructuring) or as a third party to assist existing and experienced real estate teams when they need "extra bandwidth". Altitude has recently: 1) assisted a family office in negotiating a buy/sell between family members and litigious outside partners, 2) advised a major fund making a "redevelop or sell" decision, 3) prepared asset management reports for a 700,000 SF office portfolio, 4) assisted in the raising of equity for an office building, 5) updated and generated Argus models (including Argus Enterprise conversions) for over 100 properties, and 6) conducted a collection of appraisal reviews.

Using a highly orchestrated marketing program, Altitude is able to optimize sales and financing for owners of real estate over the minimal period of time.
Altitude works with owners to maximize the value of their properties. This is accomplished through listening to the owner’s specific needs, understanding local market conditions, formulating property specific management programs, and actively managing assets. Regularly issued status reports are used to update owners on change in value, potential capital structures, or leasing and management issues. For some clients, Altitude provides support to their internal asset management teams via helping monitor performance, maintain lease files, generating abstracts, and creating financial projections. Altitude provides "asset management support" to several owners and for over two million square feet of real property.
