Community Teamwork Fund

The recently founded Community Teamwork Fund redevelops assets utilizing public/private partnerships, federal and state grant money, low income loans and other resources. The fund is actively seeking projects of 50,000+ square feet where it can add value through creative redevelopment initiatives.
